Manage team and groups

With administrative Chat permissions, open Settings → Administration → Team. Members and Groups manage access within the product.

Maintain groups

Create or select a group, edit its details and offered resource and quota rules, then save. Check the intended people’s group assignments. For multiple groups, review the displayed effective permission or limit; an additional group can change the result.

Verify access

Check which agents and tools the affected person can actually open. Sharing a resource does not grant additional external-provider rights. Displayed token quotas are separate from plan cost budgets and infrastructure capacity.

Manage seats and roles

In the central service, Chat seats and contracts are managed through the AUTARQ portal. Removing a Chat group membership neither cancels a contract nor fully erases data. Portal roles and Chat roles are separate.
