Chat plans and included capabilities
Your Chat plan determines your seat’s usage budget and plan capabilities. Your Chat role determines permitted administrative actions. Plan and role are separate: a Premium seat does not make someone an administrator.
Compare plan levels
Section titled “Compare plan levels”Starter
Section titled “Starter”Free entry with its assigned usage and storage allowance. Trial access may have an expiry date. The current entry scope permits selected plugins such as Notion and YouTrack. Deep Research is outside the regular Starter scope.
Standard
Section titled “Standard”Paid seat for regular team use. Compared with entry access, Standard provides a higher usage and storage allowance and extended plugin permissions, subject to catalog and organization approval. Deep Research is outside the regular Standard scope.
Premium
Section titled “Premium”Paid seat with a larger usage and storage allowance and extended plugin permissions. Plan eligibility for Deep Research is enabled in Premium scope. Installation, the agent and provider access must still be suitable.
Enterprise and custom offerings
Section titled “Enterprise and custom offerings”Scope is defined by contract or the standalone operator. Budgets, storage and capabilities follow that agreement; this is not self-ordered as a regular Standard or Premium seat.
| Chat label | Management name |
|---|---|
| Starter | Starter |
| Standard | Team Standard |
| Premium | Team Premium |
| Enterprise | Enterprise Custom or individual offering |
This overview describes the central service’s plan levels. The current offering and effective contract values are authoritative. Prices, actual daily and monthly budgets, storage allowances and terms appear with the service or offered plan change in the portal. They are not duplicated here as permanently fixed amounts. Individual agreements can differ.
Plan eligibility alone does not install an app or establish a provider connection. Deep Research also requires the functionality offered in your environment, a suitable agent or model, and the necessary source permissions.
Check your plan and usage
Section titled “Check your plan and usage”- Open ai.autarq.now and check the active workspace.
- The plan badge by your profile shows the assigned plan, such as Standard or Premium.
- From the profile menu, open All settings → Account.
- Under Plan & usage, review daily and monthly budgets where available and use Refresh when needed.
Daily and monthly budgets can apply simultaneously. Reaching either limit may reject further affected model requests. Cost depends on the model and processed inputs and outputs; a budget does not represent a fixed number of messages. The usage view is not an invoice and may show the model gateway’s currency.
Why a plugin or model can still be missing
Section titled “Why a plugin or model can still be missing”Check these prerequisites separately:
- The active seat has the required plan eligibility.
- The organization has approved the offering in the Store and installed required members.
- You have activated the plugin personally and connected the provider.
- The data source and selected agent permit the intended action.
A visible package does not grant access to every item of provider data. A missing entry does not automatically mean you need a more expensive plan: installation, approval or sign-in may be missing instead.
Assign seats or change plans
Section titled “Assign seats or change plans”Portal administrators manage seats and paid extensions under Team & access on the Chat service or under People. Different people can have different plans and Chat roles. A paid order and its approval are separate from actual seat assignment. Changes may take a short time to synchronize with Chat.
Follow Manage seats and roles for ordering, assignment, changes and revocation. Afterwards, check the plan badge in Chat and actual access. Self-operated installations follow the scope configured by their operations team.
