Manage sign-in and security
You need access to your AUTARQ ID. The portal’s Sign-in & security group is available where self-service credentials are enabled; the offered methods follow identity policy.
Open your security settings
Section titled “Open your security settings”- Open Settings.
- Find Sign-in & security and check the sign-in address shown.
- Select the method you want to add or change.
- Complete the AUTARQ ID ceremony and any requested reauthentication.

Methods that allow multiple credentials list their entries for renaming or removal. Keep a working recovery method before removing another.
Change your sign-in address
Section titled “Change your sign-in address”Use the address control and follow the confirmation sent to the new address. The change finishes at AUTARQ ID after you open the confirmation. The portal shows the prior address until your next sign-in.
Recover access
Section titled “Recover access”Use the recovery steps offered by AUTARQ ID. For company sign-in, also check the Entra account and its application assignment with your administrator. If your method is unavailable or no recovery path works, contact support.
Verify the change
Section titled “Verify the change”Return to Settings or sign in again as the ceremony requires. Confirm the method’s status and the intended address. Credentials and recovery codes belong in your secure storage, never in a support request.
