Set up plugin connections

Choose extensions in the AUTARQ Store. Settings → Connections configures personal provider access for plugins. Plugin is the current term for these extensions in the Store and administration.

  1. Open the plugin in the Store or select it under Connections.
  2. Check the selected package and required member.
  3. Activate the offered capability and sign in with the intended provider account.
  4. Review requested permissions and complete consent. The responsible administrator must grant any required provider administrator consent.
  5. Return to the connection and check its state.
  6. Open the associated app or test an authorized read operation in Chat.

Installing from the Store does not connect a personal provider account. Signing in does not install a missing app. Writing additionally requires the appropriate grant and source permission.

Microsoft 365 members such as Outlook, SharePoint & OneDrive, Teams, To Do and OneNote can be active independently. An Outlook grant does not provide unrestricted access to all Microsoft data. To-dos and notes can be installed separately while using permissions from the same Microsoft account.

The plugin overview explains other packages. An openDesk entry may launch an external app with its own sign-in.

Use Own connections in the Store when MCP or OpenAPI is approved for you. Check the server address, authentication method and offered tools. Organization provider settings are managed under Administration → Connections; allowed offerings under Store access.

Use the offered sign-in action when the connection requires authentication. A temporary provider error may require retrying instead of signing in again. Deactivating a plugin member does not delete its provider account or data.

Check your plan, Store approval, installation, personal activation, provider sign-in and source permissions in that order. For Chat tools, also check the selected agent. Entra company sign-in to AUTARQ is configured separately under Sign-in & directory.
