Order a service

You need the Owner, Admin or Finance portal role to order for the active organization. The catalogue is also open before sign-in.

  1. Open Order services and check the active organization.
  2. Select an available product and the configuration offered there.
  3. Choose a supported quantity, billing plan and addons.
  4. Review the price, currency, term and organization details.
  5. Submit the order and keep its reference.

Available combinations come from the product definition. Single-instance products and mutually exclusive family tiers can prevent another purchase; pending orders can count too. Existing services link back to My Services or the pending order. Use the service’s controls for a supported change rather than placing a duplicate order.

The order begins as pending. The internal team reviews it before initial provisioning. Submission and approval do not by themselves prove a running service.

openDesk also needs your configuration. Provisioning starts once both configuration submission and approval are complete. Chat paid-seat orders release inventory after their separate seat approval.

A pending order can be cancelled from the order list before approval. Later changes use My Services.

Checkout collects the details appropriate to the order, then sends you to AUTARQ ID. Complete registration and sign in with the same verified address. A free checkout needs email and organization name; paid orders request the relevant billing data. An existing AUTARQ ID signs in before ordering.

The basket is saved for the current browser tab. If browser storage is unavailable, reloading may lose it. Importing a checkout link can replace the basket; Undo restores what the import replaced.

Open Orders to confirm the purchase request and My Services to follow each service. For a missing order after registration, sign in again with the verified address.
