View and download invoices
You need the Owner, Admin or Finance portal role. Invoices belong to the active organization; drafts stay internal until released.
Find the document
Section titled “Find the document”- Open Invoices and check the organization.
- Find the invoice by number, date, due date, amount and status.
- Open it to inspect its positions and the available PDF download.
- Use the PDF’s payment details for settlement.
The portal does not collect the payment or let customers change invoice status. A paid-seat order approval is separate from an invoice or payment confirmation.
Read invoice status
Section titled “Read invoice status”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| OPEN | Released invoice |
| PARTIAL | Partially settled |
| DUE | Due for payment |
| OVERDUE | Past due |
| FULFILLED | Settled |
| DEFERRED | Deferred |
| CANCELLED | Cancelled |
Check a discrepancy
Section titled “Check a discrepancy”Compare the invoice number, organization, service, quantity, billing period and currency. The monthly and annual prepaid plans use different term rules. Current catalogue prices do not replace the booked order’s price snapshot.
Use Contact support on the invoice list or the contact supplied with your agreement. Include the invoice number and the disputed position. If a PDF is unavailable, report the error and time; do not substitute a screenshot of an internal draft for a released document.
Verify the result
Section titled “Verify the result”Confirm that the downloaded document matches the intended invoice and organization. For future service changes, use My Services; an invoice correction does not itself change the running service.
