Understand data access and deletion
Access follows your organization, role and the permissions of each source. Seeing a provider or installed app does not grant access to all its data.
Review before sharing
Section titled “Review before sharing”Review recipients, project members and source permissions before sharing. Personal library, organization storage and external providers are separate storage locations. Published response files may have their own download and preview behavior. The file guide explains the differences.
Review external actions
Section titled “Review external actions”Read requested tool approvals and approve only the intended action. Verify changes in the source application. An error alone does not prove that no partial change occurred.
Understand deletion
Section titled “Understand deletion”Removing a Chat seat revokes access without automatically deleting all data. Cancellation, service deprovisioning and verified data erasure are separate operations. A source file may remain in a recycle bin or under a retention policy. Follow revoke access and delete data for the appropriate process.
Your organization’s agreements govern binding privacy and retention terms. Do not send credentials, recovery codes or confidential conversation contents to support.
