Resolve sign-in and access problems

Start with the stage that fails. Signing in, joining an organization, receiving a Chat place and connecting an external app are separate steps.

Symptom Check and next step
AUTARQ ID sign-in fails Use the offered identity recovery. For company sign-in, check the Entra account and application assignment with your administrator.
Registration completed but no order appears Sign in to AUTARQ with the same verified checkout address, including after finishing verification in another browser.
Invitation cannot be accepted Use the exact invited address; ask an owner or admin to check whether it expired or was withdrawn.
Organization is absent Confirm the account and accepted membership. Check the active organization before inspecting services.
People, orders or invoices are absent Check the required portal role. Monitoring cannot open People, orders or invoices.
Portal works but Chat refuses access Ask an owner or admin to check the active contract, identity, Chat seat, Chat role and synchronization.
Chat works but a work app is missing Check the plan feature, installed member, personal activation, provider connection and permissions.
Provider asks to sign in Renew the named connection under Chat’s Settings → Connections. A temporary provider error may instead offer retry.
Company sign-in is required Use the organization’s Entra flow for the routed address. An AUTARQ ID password session may need to reauthenticate through Entra.

A directory person can be active but waiting for a free Chat seat. An administrator block is not reversed by re-enabling the person in Entra. Directory deletion and conflicts need their displayed cause resolved. See People.

Repeat the failing action with the intended identity and organization. For Chat, check an actual conversation or permitted source rather than only the portal link. If it still fails, prepare a support request with the error, time and service reference. Do not send credentials.
