Your first conversation
You need an AUTARQ ID, the correct organization and an active Chat seat. A portal account alone does not enable Chat. See access, seats and roles for the prerequisites.
1. Open your access
Section titled “1. Open your access”Accept your invitation and sign in with the invited identity. Open your service’s Chat link. If you belong to several organizations, check which one is selected.
2. Give the assistant a task
Section titled “2. Give the assistant a task”Open Chat, start a conversation and select an available agent. Describe a concrete result, such as: “Turn these three points into a short meeting agenda.”
3. Review the answer
Section titled “3. Review the answer”Read the answer and make a correction in the same conversation. Attach a file if needed. For a source-based question, check whether the answer actually supports its claims with the cited sources.
