Read portal notifications
The portal’s Notification Center and transactional email report different parts of an order’s progress. Their availability follows the enabled notification features and your access.
Follow an order
Section titled “Follow an order”Owners, admins and finance members with customer order access can receive in-app order updates where enabled. The order cycle covers received, approved, deployed and declined states. Open the related order or service to confirm its latest state.
Order emails go to the order owner. They are not sent to every organization member merely because that person can view the order. Organization correspondence language controls the applicable customer messages; order communications use their recorded language context.
Distinguish other messages
Section titled “Distinguish other messages”Organization invitation, revocation and member-joined events have their own transactional messages. AUTARQ ID handles registration verification and account recovery separately.
Inside Autarq Chat, meetings, reminders and app events have their own notification center and policies. They are not the portal’s order inbox. Internal operations notifications are also separate from customer notifications.
Check a missing update
Section titled “Check a missing update”- Open the order or service directly and check its current state.
- Confirm that you are in the intended organization with order access.
- For email, check the order owner’s mailbox and spam folder.
- For an invitation or identity message, confirm its intended recipient and address.
If an update is missing while the underlying state is unclear, send support the order reference, expected event and time. A notification alone does not prove that a service is healthy or that an invoice has been settled.
