Review usage and budgets

With administrative Chat permissions, open Settings → Administration → Insights → Usage. Available metrics depend on the installation and connected model gateway.

Interpret usage

Select the time range and review available filters. Requests, tokens, models, errors, latency or costs can have different data sources and update delays. A usage view is not an invoice.

Distinguish limits

• Plan cost budgets can apply daily and monthly in parallel.
• Group rules may impose additional token quotas.
• Chat seats control the number of people allowed access.
• Storage and infrastructure capacity are provisioned separately.

Valid plan values appear in the service and current offering, without fixed amounts duplicated here. If requests are rejected, inspect the specific budget or quota error and affected period.

Report discrepancies

Compare the organization, time range and model with the affected operation. Contact support with these details and the error. Do not include API keys or confidential prompts.
