Manage your services
My Services is the first view after sign-in. It shows the active organization’s services and orders awaiting approval. All portal roles can view service state; Owner, Admin and Finance can request the supported service changes. Product-specific administration can require Owner or Admin.
Open a service
Section titled “Open a service”- Open My Services and select the intended service.
- Check its state and the next action shown.
- Complete any required configuration, or use the opening link when it is available.
A service detail lives under /my-products/<id>. Keep the ID from that address when contacting support.
For Chat, availability checks control the opening link. If it is missing, follow troubleshooting. A member also needs a Chat seat and role.
Make a supported change
Section titled “Make a supported change”Use the controls on the service page. openDesk owners and admins can change its configuration. Chat owners and admins manage plans, seats and access. Addons remain related to their parent service and have their own lifecycle.
During an update, the page shows Updating. A shared Chat release can also put the service into this state. Follow the state until the operation finishes; avoid starting another conflicting change.
Cancel or remove a service
Section titled “Cancel or remove a service”Review the action’s confirmation and effective date. Cancellation schedules a commercial boundary. Suspension, infrastructure removal and personal-data erasure have different consequences. Available actions depend on service state, dependent products and your permissions.
Read the state reference and deletion guide before a destructive action.
Check the result
Section titled “Check the result”Return to the detail page and confirm the new state. Orders records fulfilment; Invoices records released billing documents. Neither replaces checking service availability.
