Understand sign-in and Microsoft Entra

AUTARQ ID provides identity for central sign-in. Use the invited address and the authentication method configured for your organization.

Company sign-in

An organization can connect Microsoft Entra for sign-in when the feature is enabled. Domain verification, consent, application assignment and optional directory synchronization are separate setup steps. See sign-in and directory.

Three separate kinds of access

  • Successful sign-in verifies your identity.
  • Organization membership and an active Chat seat allow product access.
  • A Microsoft 365 connection grants access to permitted Microsoft data and tools.

A Microsoft 365 connection does not replace a Chat seat. Use sign-in and access when access is missing. Manage passwords, passkeys and second factors through AUTARQ ID.
