How AUTARQ fits together
AUTARQ is MWAY DIGITAL’s platform for ordering and managing services. The portal holds your organization, people, orders, service controls and released invoices. The products themselves open in their own applications.
One identity, separate permissions
Section titled “One identity, separate permissions”AUTARQ ID is your sign-in identity. It manages registration and sign-in methods. In the portal, your membership and portal roles determine what you may do for the active organization.
A service can have additional access rules. Autarq Chat requires an active Chat seat and a Chat role. A person can use Chat without portal membership. openDesk has its own user administration and sign-in; linking Chat into its portal does not replace AUTARQ ID.
An order becomes a service
Section titled “An order becomes a service”An order records a purchase request. Approval and any required configuration precede provisioning. My Services shows the resulting service and its current state. A completed order remains a fulfilment record even if the service is suspended or later deleted.
Cancellation records a commercial end date. Infrastructure deletion and verified removal of personal data are separate operations. This distinction keeps a billing change from silently destroying a workplace.
Features depend on your setup
Section titled “Features depend on your setup”The catalogue controls the available offers. Product plans, app installation, provider configuration and your permissions control what is usable inside a service. A feature described here can therefore need setup by your administrator.
