Choose the right product

The catalogue is the source for current product names, prices, terms and ordering options. Your organization’s existing orders and the product’s compatibility rules determine what you can add.

Autarq Chat is a central AUTARQ service with AUTARQ ID sign-in and per-person Chat seats. Work apps depend on the plan, installation and provider configuration. Apps and connections explains these prerequisites.

openDesk is configured per ordered instance. Its selected components run as that workplace, except explicitly linked external services such as Autarq Chat. Choosing Chat in openDesk links the central service; colleagues still need AUTARQ ID and a Chat seat.

Addons can attach to a parent service or organization and keep their own order item and lifecycle. An addon repository or a planned option does not mean the catalogue currently offers it. In the openDesk configurator, Coming soon choices are disabled and Beta components carry their own limitations.

Follow My Services for configuration, approval, provisioning and the launch link. Use service management for later changes and Invoices for released billing documents.
