Schedule meetings and share booking pages

These features run inside Chat and need the corresponding enabled capabilities and providers. External meeting emails also need a usable sending mailbox. A booking page can be published only where the service is available to your account.

  1. In Calendar, create an appointment; or open Meetings and choose Schedule meeting.
  2. Enter the title and select colleagues, address-book contacts or email addresses.
  3. Check required or optional attendees, date, start, end and time zone.
  4. Use Find a time if offered. Its colleague availability covers known AUTARQ meetings; it cannot establish external guests’ availability.
  5. Check the video-call option, location, recurrence and description offered for this creation.
  6. Review the sender and send the invitations.

Wait for the saved confirmation. It shows the time, meeting link and each invitation’s delivery state. A failed external email can need resend or a configured sender. Guest links are offered only where enabled; a guest link provides access outside the signed-in workspace and should be shared with the intended people.

Open the meeting to accept, tentatively accept or decline when invited. Join through its meeting control. As organizer, use the offered edit or cancellation action and review who is notified. Recurrence and participation scope cannot be changed after creation in this scheduling flow.

Open Settings → Apps → Calendar → Booking. Configure the public link, event types, time zone, weekly availability, exceptions, busy calendars and the offered notification settings. Save and enable the page after reviewing what visitors see.

Share the generated link. Guests need no AUTARQ account: they choose a time and enter the requested details. The confirmation supplies the appointment details, calendar download and private manage link. That link allows supported rescheduling or cancellation and must be kept private.

Check the meeting’s saved time and invitation outcomes. Test a booking page’s public availability before distributing it. While calendar synchronization runs, availability may wait rather than offering unverified free slots.
