Actions also depend on the target’s current state. Owners, your own membership and directory-managed people have additional safeguards. People describes the offered controls.

Chat uses its own Owner, Admin, User and Viewer roles plus a seat on an effective plan. The portal’s organization Owner/Admin can administer the tenant-wide roster, seats and commercial settings. Other portal members receive their own access and service state, rather than tenant-wide administration data.

A portal invitation without Chat access grants no Chat seat. A Chat-only person can have an active seat without any portal role. Chat seats describes assignment and ownership.

openDesk administers its users within its own workplace. Installing an app or connecting an account does not grant permissions in that provider. Internal AUTARQ staff roles are separate from these customer portal roles.

Organization membership itself has no seat cap. Product seats and invitation reservations determine product capacity.
